I have had a vision for all students in our District to be able to have equitable access to technology & resources. After talking with Instructional Technology teachers and directors, I think this is the most cost effective way to solve this problem. Attached is my proposal for the District to enter into a partnership with Sprint to conduct a pilot program at specific school sites to be determined later.
